At a glance, classifying fruits (Is it Apple or Banana) are pointless because Google Image Search can do that. Therefore, classifying fruits have no business value.
In fact, if we want to compete with Google Image Search, we have to make more than 1 AI. This is because AI (that I know of, ChatGPT by OpenAI is a different story) is only good at one thing and bad at another. Also, creating AI to classify fruits (Is it Apple Grade A, Apple Grade B?) require GPU that costed $7000 to purchase or $0.5/hour to rent. The amount of capital investment needed to acquire the image assets and the hardware to build the AI is enormous.
But, what if we build AI that Google Image Search can't compete?
For example, the niche market. AI that can classify Apple Grade A, Grade B, Grade C. Wouldn't that be awesome?
